THE AIMS OF THIS COURSE

This PA course was created for Personal Assistants and Administrators who would like to update their skills with the latest PA best practices, and sharpen their planning and communication skills. It introduces many strategies for thinking outside the box so that PAs become more effective as strategic partners to their manager.  During the course PAs revisit and update their core PA skills; therefore, this course is ideal for PAs who have not had the benefit of formal PA training.
